Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management within IT/software environments.
• 5+ years in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
• 3+ years leading teams or mentoring others.
• Must be able to support East Coast working hours.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy and roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Own backlog, write user stories with acceptance criteria, and guide refinement.
• Lead cross-functional teams with engineering, design, and operations using agile practices.
• Monitor product performance, KPIs, and customer feedback to drive improvements.
• Grow and coach team members to achieve outcomes and maintain a positive culture.
