Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Hartford, CT is seeking a Sr Manager (Product Leader) to drive product strategy for the Pharmacy and Consumer Wellness portfolio. You will define roadmaps, prioritise features, and lead a cross-functional team from concept to launch.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, and operations, manage OKRs, monitor product performance, and ensure alignment with business goals. Requires extensive product leadership experience and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years required experience as a product management, product ownership, or a related role within an IT or software development environment.
• 7+ years required experience in software product management, with demonstrated success in building large-scale consumer-facing products.
• 5+ years of experience working in Agile environments, particularly with Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• 5+ years of proven experience in product leadership/management roles with demonstrated ability to drive collaboration and influence cross functional teams.
• 3+ years of experience as a team leader, coach, or mentor.
• Must be able to support east coast working hours.

Responsibilities

• Defines product vision, strategy, and roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Builds and aligns roadmaps and communicates the product vision to teams.
• Maintains team backlog, writes acceptance criteria, and guides refinement.
• Supports testing, deployment, release, and post-release activities.
• Sets planning direction, manages dependencies, and ensures transparency.
• Leads cross-functional collaboration and demonstrates strong stakeholder management.
