Qualifications

• 7+ years overall experience including 5+ years in product management for enterprise-scale products.
• 3+ years in an agile environment with decentralized teams.
• Pharmacy Benefits Management or healthcare experience.
• Strong BI/analytics product management experience.
• Ability to travel ~25% annually.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current state to identify opportunities through customer needs, product analysis, data, and stakeholder conversations.
• Act as strategic advisor to product teams and partners.
• Engage business leaders in leadership meetings and investment reviews.
• Set product strategy and priorities with senior leaders on roadmap investments.
• Connect roadmap to value drivers and potential new revenue streams.
• Create shared understanding of outcomes, costs, and benefits of enhancements.
• Monitor voice of the customer and propose solutions to maximize opportunities.
• Provide consultative recommendations to department leaders for evolving business models.
