Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Sr Manager (Product Leader) to guide the Pharmacy and Consumer Wellness product portfolio from vision to launch. You will lead a team, define roadmaps, gather requirements, and align with business goals while collaborating across engineering, design, and operations to deliver impactful customer experiences.

The role requires extensive product leadership experience, strong Agile capabilities, and a customer-focused mindset to drive value and growth for CVS

Qualifications

7+ years of product management or ownership experience in IT/software development.
5+ years of agile experience with Scrum or Kanban.
3+ years in a leadership/mentoring role.
Ability to support East Coast working hours.

Responsibilities

Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps with stakeholders.
Own backlog management and ensure clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
Partner with engineering, design, and operations to drive delivery and outcomes.
Lead cross-functional collaboration and communicate progress to leadership.
Coach and mentor team members to promote growth and high performance.
