Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management or related IT/software environment.
• 5+ years in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) and ceremonies.
• 3+ years as team leader/mentor; proven leadership across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps with stakeholders.
• Own backlog, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, and operations to deliver features.
• Monitor product performance using key metrics and drive improvements.
• Lead and coach the team, align with epic-level objectives and portfolio strategy.
