Job summary

The role requires a bachelor’s level degree in a health-related field, 5+ years of healthcare experience including 1+ year in management, and licensed practice. On-site work with competitive benefits and collaboration with regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years healthcare experience, including one year in a managerial role.
• Broad knowledge of home infusion, pharmacy and nursing regulations and administration.
• Excellent organization and communications skills.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Board of Pharmacy in the state of practice.
• Flexible schedule with on-call evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall operational and financial performance of the assigned Amerita pharmacy location.
• Assist with branch budget development and manage profit and loss.
• Hires, coaches, evaluates and disciplines branch staff.
• Oversee purchasing, inventory and patient care operations to ensure quality and cost-efficiency.
• Coordinate with Regional Sales Manager to develop and execute branch sales strategy.
