Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree (Pharm.D. or B.S.) from a U.S. school.
• 2+ years of related retail pharmacy experience.
• License must be in good standing and current.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maximize the pharmacy department's financial performance.
• Provide customer service excellence and supervise staff.
• Control inventory, pricing, and generic utilization.
• Train and develop pharmacy staff and direct workflow to reduce wait times.
• Lead third-party and insurance profitability efforts and resolve denials.
