Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Sr Program Manager, Inventory Control (Pharmacy) to lead disposal, returns, and waste operations in 503A pharmacy settings. You will provide pharmacist oversight, develop SOPs, and ensure alignment with state and federal requirements to protect patient safety.

Qualifications

• Pharm D or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist License in AZ.
• 5–7+ years of pharmaceutical inventory management experience.
• Strong working knowledge of 503A regulations, DEA requirements, and state Board of Pharmacy rules.
• Experience with pharmaceutical waste handling, medication disposal, and/or returns oversight.
• Ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and translate them into operational workflows.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and inspection readiness skills.

Responsibilities

• Disposal & Waste Oversight: ensure compliant disposal of meds and waste.
• Customer Returns Management: oversee returns and disposition.
• Compliance & Quality: develop SOPs, audits, and training materials.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: coordinate with Pharmacy Operations, Fulfillment, QA, and Compliance.
• Inventory Management: regulate invoices, R&D inventory, and cycle counts.
