Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Senior Clinical Pharmacist to serve as the clinical and operational backbone of our 503A compounding pharmacy. This high‑impact, cross‑functional role bridges clinical expertise, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and daily leadership in a fast‑paced environment.

You will review guidelines, write SOPs, coordinate with engineering and care teams, and manage escalated patient cases, reporting to the Pharmacist‑in‑Charge.

Qualifications

• PharmD from an ACPE-accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted RPh license in Arizona.
• 2+ years post-licensure pharmacy experience with supervisory or senior clinical capacity.
• Strong cross-functional communication with engineering, operations, and clinical teams.
• Willingness to obtain non-resident pharmacist licenses and back up PIC.

Responsibilities

• Review and implement clinical guideline updates.
• Conduct Pharmacy Information Booklet and Medication guide reviews.
• Perform clinical reviews from medication errors and issues.
• Support pharmacy literature reviews and stay current on state/federal law.
• Obtain state licenses.
