Hims & Hers Health, Inc. is seeking an IC Operations Manager to safeguard inventory accuracy and regulatory compliance in a pharmaceutical fulfillment center.

You will combine pharmacist-level judgment with hands-on ownership of inbound receiving, stowing, and quality assurance while leading a team of managers and up to 30 hourly associates. Active pharmacists license, knowledge of SOX and GDP/CGMP, and a track record in pharma operations are required.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license (RPh or PharmD) in good standing.
• Thorough understanding of SOX requirements and counts.
• Familiarity with GDP/CGMP and distribution regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end inventory control for pharmaceutical products (inbound receiving, inspection, stowing).
• Lead a team of managers and up to ~30 hourly associates; set objectives and schedule staffing.
• Maintain SOX compliance, counts, and documentation; ensure product quality and traceability.
• Standardize product catalog across sites and monitor KPIs for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with safety, logistics, and pharmacy operations.
