Job summary

Hims & Hers Health, Inc. is hiring an IC Operations Manager to safeguard inventory accuracy and regulatory compliance in a pharma fulfillment center. The role blends pharmacist‑level judgment with hands‑on ownership of inbound receiving, stowing, and QA processes.

Responsibilities include safety leadership, end‑to‑end inventory control, SOX compliance, and team leadership for up to 30 hourly associates and multiple managers. A pharmacist license and GDP/CGMP knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Strong understanding of SOX and related counts.
• Knowledge of GDP/CGMP and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end inventory control for inbound operations (receiving, inspection, stowing) of pharmaceutical products.
• Lead safety, risk management and SOX compliance within the fulfillment center.
• Manage a team of up to 30 hourly associates and salaried managers; drive continuous improvement.
