Job summary

Hims & Hers, a leading health and wellness platform, is seeking a Senior Operations Manager based in Gilbert, Arizona. You will oversee warehouse inbound and inventory operations, dispense and fulfillment of prescriptions, and outbound processing across multiple shifts, reporting to the Director of Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred Master’s Degree.
• 10+ years of working experience in a Fulfillment, Warehouse or Distribution environment.
• 10+ years in a Supervisory/Management role.
• 10+ years of OSHA safety experience.
• Six Sigma/ Lean Principle experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• In the absence of the General Manager, be responsible for all daily facility operations.
• Lead a team of managers, leads, and pharmacy techs in dispense and fulfilling operation of hazardous and non‑hazardous non‑sterile and sterile prescriptions.
• Monitor prescription turnaround time so that internal standards and patient needs are met.
• Ensure on‑site SOX compliance as it relates to inventory control and cycle count procedures.
• Ensure the team’s processes of shipping accurately to avoid HIPAA violations and ensure accuracy.
• Work with Pharmacy Leadership to analyze operations and overall efficiency for best-in-class processing.
• Cross‑functional team leadership, partnering with Program Managers, Pharmacist in Charge, ICQA, etc.
• Develop and deliver key KPIs to meet capacity and demand.
• Perform any duties and projects as assigned.
