Job summary
Hims, a leading health and wellness platform, is seeking a Sr Program Manager, Inventory Control (Pharmacy) to oversee disposal, returns, and waste in 503A pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with DEA and state rules.
You will partner with Pharmacy Operations, Quality, Compliance, Fulfillment, and Customer Service to keep inspection readiness, protect patient safety, and drive continuous improvement in inventory governance across the organization.
Qualifications
- Pharmacist license and pharmacy degree required.
- Experience with 503A regulations, DEA requirements, and state Board rules.
- Experience with waste handling, returns oversight, and regulatory inspections.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable workflows.
Responsibilities
- Disposal & waste oversight in compliance with 503A, DEA, and state rules.
- Customer returns management oversight and SOP governance.
- Compliance, quality, and audit readiness activities and documentation.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Pharmacy Operations, Fulfillment, Quality, and Compliance.
- Inventory management of invoices, records, and controlled substances.
