Job summary

Hims & Hers in Gilbert, Arizona is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to oversee warehouse inbound, inventory, dispense and fulfillment across multiple shifts.

You will lead managers, pharmacy technicians and cross-functional partners to optimize processes, monitor KPIs, and ensure SOX, HIPAA, and safety standards are met.

This role reports to the Director of Operations and offers a comprehensive benefits package and the chance to influence a fast-growing health platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years in fulfillment, warehouse, or distribution environments.
• 10+ years in supervisory/management roles.
• 10+ years of OSHA safety experience.
• Six Sigma/ Lean Principle experience preferred.
• Proven experience leading technically complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse inbound, inventory, dispense and fulfillment operations across multiple shifts and functions.
• Lead a team of managers, leads, and pharmacy technicians in dispense and fulfillment of hazardous and non-hazardous prescriptions.
• Monitor prescription turnaround time to meet internal standards and patient needs.
• Ensure on-site SOX compliance related to inventory control and cycle counts.
• Ensure shipping processes minimize HIPAA violations and maximize accuracy.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Leadership to analyze operations and improve efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional teams with Program Managers, Pharmacist in Charge, ICQA, etc.
• Develop and deliver KPIs to meet capacity and demand.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
