Job summary

Hims & Hers Health, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager, Pharmacy to lead a mail-order pharmacy team across multiple locations. Based in Ohio, Arizona, or California, you will oversee pharmacists and technicians, drive daily performance, and ensure strict regulatory compliance to deliver high-quality patient care.

You will promote a safe, efficient, and scalable pharmacy operation in a digital environment, supporting recruitment and process improvements while meeting HIPAA and FDA standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required; Doctorate preferred.
• 5–7 years in a pharmacy supervisory role managing licensed technicians.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws, rules, and regs.
• Ability to work flexible shift times.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written).
• Experience with Windows-based systems.
• Ability to deliver feedback effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacist and technician workflow within the dispense and fulfillment pharmacy.
• Lead daily huddles to drive performance and communicate process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations and licensing requirements.
• Support and develop Area Managers and Leads toward operational excellence.
• Execute company strategies at the fulfillment level aligned with goals.
• Analyze performance and safety data to reduce errors.
• Coordinate new process rollouts with cross-functional leaders.
• Collaborate on SOP development and improvements with leadership.
