• High School Diploma/GED.
• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in your state of residence.
• 3+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience.
• Beginner level of proficiency with navigating Microsoft Office in a Windows-based environment.
• Reside within commutable distance to Schaumburg, IL office location.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.

Mansioni

• Perform live telephonic outreach to Medicare members and physicians/pharmacies to improve health quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with Clinical Pharmacists for patient care.
• Provide telephonic engagement with providers and pharmacies.
• Assess customer needs and triage to a Clinical Pharmacist when appropriate.
