Qualifications

• Licensed registered pharmacy technician with state board registration.
• Minimum of 2 years in operational pharmacy benefits, clinic, or call center.
• Experience with eClinicalWorks or similar EMR strongly preferred.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Review and process pharmacy refill requests per protocol and turnaround targets.
• Conduct telephonic outreaches and respond to medication-use questions.
• Review adherence gaps and member chart notes to guide action.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff, providers, and care teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure tasks are documented accurately and HIPAA-compliant.
• Attend staff meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Assist with other departmental initiatives as needed.
• Additional duties as assigned.
