UnitedHealthcare is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our team in California. This full-time role supports Medicare Part D processes, handles outbound calls to collect clinical information, and ensures timely case resolution while maintaining quality standards.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm with rotating Saturdays and holidays, with telecommute options within the U.S. You’ll use Windows-based applications and collaborate to improve member service, with competitive pay, benefits,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED. Active Pharmacy Technician license in your state or national certification (PTCB).
• 3+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience.
• Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work Monday - Friday, 8-hour shift between 8:00am - 5:00pm local time, with rotating Saturdays & holidays.

• Meet departments production, quality, and success rate standards.
• Work independently and as a team player to achieve individual and departmental goals.
• Make outbound calls to collect clinical information for Medicare Part D Appeal Requests.
