Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Account Manager to strengthen a key client relationship while coordinating internal projects. You will interact with clients, resolve issues, and support member communications, letters, and timelines.

You will gather requirements, QA product-related work, and participate in compliance and learning programs, ensuring client satisfaction and successful delivery of services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of pharmacy benefits industry experience.
• Experience managing client relationships.
• Knowledge of specialty medication benefits preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive client relationships.
• Develop effective solutions to customer problems.
• Support call center in resolving member escalations and communication back to the client.
• Work with clients to identify, gather information about scope and timelines for client projects.
• Own operational support for client needs including member letters.
• Participate in requirement gathering and QA for product development activities related to client needs.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance, people and culture, and learning programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned
