Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Client Services Executive I with strong experience managing major accounts in healthcare.

You will develop long‑term account strategies, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure high client satisfaction across complex Pharmacy Benefit Management clients. The role requires collaboration with subject matter experts, clear communication across organizational levels, and travel to client sites and the corporate headquarters to support relationship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience interfacing with large, complex clients in healthcare or PBM.
• Strong strategic thinking and account planning skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; travel as needed.

Responsabilités

• Support and back up senior client service roles and manage client needs.
• Create and present data for strategic business plans and performance reports.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and contribute to annual plans.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver client solutions and resolve issues.
• Travel to client sites and Navitus headquarters; mentor junior staff.
