Responsibilities

Optimize pharmacy systems with EPIC Willow, Pyxis/Omnicell, and BI tools.
Lead system validation, workflow enhancements, and dispense logic with IT and BI teams.
Oversee reporting logic, data integrity, and user access governance.
Support implementation of ADU, BCMA, RFID, and centralized distribution systems.
Develop enterprise dashboards and pharmacy Command Center tools.
Lead compliance monitoring, auditing, and reporting for workflows.
Analyze revenue analytics and charge capture validation to optimize reimbursement.
