Job summary

Univera Healthcare is seeking a Pharmacy Analytics Consultant to provide direct support for Pharmacy and Medical Drug information needs using analytics tools and applications. You will collaborate with clinical, financial, sales, and leadership teams to enable affordability and growth while ensuring compliance and strategic alignment.

The role involves leading projects, delivering actionable insights, and presenting findings to senior management and customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in data/analytical field.
Knowledge of SAS, Cognos, Excel and MS Office.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends and provide actionable insights.
Experience in healthcare analytics is a plus.
Strong communication skills to present findings to management.

Responsibilities

Perform research on projects and lead initiatives to meet business objectives.
Analyze data to identify business problems, trends, or opportunities for improvement.
Provide analytic support across Pharmacy Division and external vendors.
Develop standardized reporting and dashboards for stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive affordability and savings.
