Job summary

Nebraska Medicine is seeking a Senior Analytics Developer to deliver Epic reporting and analytics for the Pharmacy program. You will design and support enterprise reporting in an Epic EHR environment, turning complex data into actionable insights to improve revenue, operations, compliance, and decision making.

Collaborate with Pharmacy Business Operations, clinical and operational leaders, data architects, and Cogito project managers to scope data needs and deliver meaningful analytics products

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience with data management, interpretation, and analysis including reports or queries.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Knowledge of health care operations and Access is required.
• Knowledge of data warehouse architecture is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Proficient knowledge and application of the SAP Business Objects Suite of Tools is required.
• Knowledge of testing techniques and execution of test cases is required.
• Ability to produce succinct and meaningful documentation is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support enterprise reporting and analytics solutions in an Epic EHR environment.
• Work with requesters to scope data needs and build meaningful analytics.
• Coordinate with clinical/operational leaders, Epic reporting leads, data architects, and Cogito Project Manager to ensure a complete analytics product.
