Job summary

Nebraska Medicine is seeking a Senior Analytics Developer to provide dedicated Epic reporting and analytics support to our Pharmacy organization. This role focuses on transforming pharmacy data into actionable insights that identify revenue opportunities and strengthen financial operations.

You will collaborate with Pharmacy Business Operations and clinical and operational leaders to build analytics solutions, gather requirements, and deliver accurate analytics products in a hybrid on-campus

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience with data management, data interpretation, and analysis including writing reports or queries using Crystal Reports, Tableau, SQL and/or similar tools
• Bachelor's degree required
• Knowledge of health care operations and Access required
• Knowledge of data warehouse architecture required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
• Proficient knowledge and application of the SAP Business Objects Suite of Tools required
• Knowledge of testing techniques and execution of test cases required
• Ability to produce succinct and meaningful documentation required
• Epic Clarity Data Model Certification within 60 days of completing Epic BI training required
• Ability to obtain Epic Caboodle Data model certification within six months of hire or transfer date required

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated Epic reporting and analytics support to the Pharmacy organization
• Develop and support operational, analytical and strategic reporting and analytics solutions
• Work with requesters to scope data needs and develop meaningful solutions
• Coordinate communication among Epic leads, data architects and project managers to ensure accurate analytics products
