Job summary

SCAN Health Plan is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Analytics to lead a team of analysts responsible for gathering, organizing, and interpreting healthcare data from EHRs, claims, and internal systems. You will build models and dashboards to monitor pharmacy KPIs, patient outcomes, and financial performance.

You will guide analytics priorities with Pharmacy leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor staff while driving data-driven decisions across the department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, Data Science, Statistics, or related field; PharmD preferred.
• 3-5 years in healthcare analytics/pharmacy informatics.
• 2-3 years of management/leadership experience.
• 2+ years managed care experience with Part D at a PBM or health plan.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts collecting, organizing, and analyzing healthcare data from multiple sources.
• Develop data models, dashboards, and reports to track KPIs in pharmacy operations.
• Conduct analyses to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in pharmac y services and costs.
• Collaborate with leadership to define analytics priorities and metrics.
• Support regulatory compliance with audit data and industry trends.
• Present findings to stakeholders to enable data-driven decisions.
• Mentor team members and oversee analytic projects from start to finish.
