Job summary

SCAN Health Plan in Long Beach, CA, seeks a Senior Manager, Data Analytics (Pharmacy Analytics) to lead a team of analysts, develop data models, dashboards, and insights across pharmacy benefit and formulary areas. You will work with Pharmacy leadership to set analytics priorities, drive data-driven decisions, and support quality and cost outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, Data Science, Statistics, or related field, or PharmD preferred.
• 3-5 years of healthcare analytics/pharmacy informatics experience.
• 2-3 years of management/leadership experience.
• 2+ years of managed care experience with Part D in a PBM/health plan.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts to collect, organize, and analyze pharmacy data.
• Develop dashboards and reports tracking KPIs for pharmacy operations, adherence, outcomes, and costs.
• Identify trends, drivers, and opportunities to improve programs, utilization, and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with pharmacy leadership to set analytics priorities and targets.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and support audits with data.
