This role translates complex operational and financial data into clear insights, dashboards, and recommendations that drive decisions across pharmacy service lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Finance, Analytics, Health Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in business analytics, FP&A, performance management, or a similar analytical role.
• Must have demonstrated experience building dashboards and translating data into leadership-facing insights in a complex, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs and identify trends, anomalies, and performance gaps.
• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and executive-facing slides.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and Clinical teams to drive execution on opportunities.
• Support planning cycles and ad hoc strategic requests from leadership.
