Job summary

You will lead client-facing work, develop RFPs, and collaborate with PBMs to deliver high-quality reporting and recommendations. Ideal candidates will have extensive PBM experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to build lasting client relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field required.
• 8–10 years experience in PBMs or similar area.
• Strong customer service and client relationship skills.
• Knowledge of welfare benefits across multiple lines and risk concepts.
• Proficient with large spreadsheets and data analysis.
• Travel required; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee servicing of a designated book of business.
• Manage daily client issues related to pharmacy plans and close items with the team.
• Develop and distribute RFPs; analyze responses and prepare client reports.
• Collaborate with PBMs to ensure accurate, timely reporting.
• Develop financial models and provide interpretation and recommendations.
• Provide strategic planning and consulting for internal and external clients.
• Ensure timely completion of client projects; identify design gaps and improvements.
• Lead PBM implementation calls and meetings with clients.
• Engage in client events to strengthen relationships.
