Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR Associate degree with 4 years of Sales experience OR High school diploma/GED with 6 years of Sales experience
• Senior: Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of sales or clinical healthcare experience OR Associate degree with 6 years of sales/clinical experience OR High school diploma with 8 years of sales/clinical experience
• Preferred: experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/diagnostics/healthcare-related fields and strong leadership under pressure

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals and communicate clinical benefits to drive appropriate utilization
• Perform as a sales leader to achieve territory sales through branded messages, programs, and educational initiatives
• Develop relationships to service accounts, customize discussions for customer needs, ensure product access, and address reimbursement issues
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy, analyze sales activity effectiveness, and develop territory plans with the District Manager
• Partner with colleagues to share best practices and grow as a Specialty Representative/Senior Specialty Representative
• Demonstrate passion for products and maintain brand presence throughout the sales cycle
