Amgen in Thousand Oaks, CA is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals, share clinical knowledge of Amgen products, and navigate payer environments while advancing patient access.

You will promote products, build accounts, analyze territory performance, and collaborate with district managers to meet sales targets. The role supports patients and expands access in a dynamic biotech company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience required.
• 4+ years sales experience for Specialty Representative role.
• Experience in healthcare or clinical field is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals to drive appropriate utilization.
• Lead and deliver branded sales messages and programs to achieve sales targets.
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts, including access and reimbursement issues and contracts.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy, analyze sales activities and territory plans with the District Manager.
• Partner with colleagues to share best practices and learn and grow as a Specialty Representative.
• Demonstrate passion for our products and sustain it through the sales cycle while building the brand.
