Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR Associate's degree and 4 years of Sales experience OR High school diploma/GED and 6 years of Sales experience
• Senior qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 3 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales related
• Associate degree and 6 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales related
• High school diploma / GED and 8 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales related

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals and effectively communicate the clinical benefits to drive appropriate utilization
• Lead territory sales by delivering branded messages, conducting planned programs, and achieving or exceeding sales targets through in-person and virtual engagement
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts including discussions tailored to customer needs and ensuring product access
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy, analyze sales activities, and develop territory plans with the District Manager
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow as a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative
