Qualifications

• Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop business plan for assigned territory aligned with sales strategies.
• Conduct quality sales presentations to targeted customers.
• Achieve quarterly sales goals within territory while adhering to regulations.
• Understand and demonstrate targeting principles.
• Develop pre-call planning strategy for key targets.
• Build positive relationships with peers, customers and managers.
• Maintain high levels of call and field productivity.
• Gather and utilize information from offices, pharmacists and others to tailor territory strategies.
• Leverage sample program, literature and other items to raise physician awareness of Viatris products.
• Respond to customer requests with timely, accurate information.
• Pursue continuous learning in sales techniques and product knowledge.
