Job summary

Cornerstone Concilium, Inc. is seeking a personnel scheduler to develop and maintain schedules for multiple tasks across MATOC projects. You will coordinate resources, align with WMATA departments, and ensure efficient utilization for complex operations.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field and at least five years in scheduling, with hands-on experience in Primavera P6 and Procore. Strong analytical skills and cross-team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
At least 5 years of experience as a personnel scheduler.
Ability to evaluate and develop complex schedules for multiple tasks.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and Primavera P6.
Experience with Procore.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain MATOC project personnel schedules for each task.
Schedule resource utilization plans for multiple simultaneous projects and operational activities.
Coordinate with WMATA departments for task execution (electrical escorts, plant personnel, etc.).
Support working groups to determine needs and resources.
Support assessment of workarounds and contingency planning for major work events.
