Cornerstone Concilium, Inc. is seeking a qualified contract administrator to support WMATA MATOC program activities.

The role involves maintaining contract files, updating Procore with contract data, and preparing progress reports to track schedules, budgets, and staffing plans. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and at least five years of experience in quality control or construction safety, including transportation sector exposure.

Competenze

• A bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required.
• At least five years of experience in quality control and/or construction safety.
• One year of the five years must be in the transportation industry.
• Experience writing and verbalizing technical information.

Mansioni

• Update data in Procore with relevant contract information.
• Assist with preparation of project status reports to identify progress and monitor the project schedule, budget, and staffing plan.
• Represent WMATA's Task Manager and/or the MATOC Program Manager at meetings as assigned.
• Maintain the contract files and project logs including contractor-client correspondence, invoices and progress payments.
• Coordinate contract changes and claims, timesheets and overtime, and cost estimates for changes to contract work.
• Monitor and maintain contract logs with distribution of documents between the contractor and WMATA staff for compliance with contract time commitments.
• Coordinate collection of daily inspection reports from field inspectors and record lost time for contractors, reconciling the lost time with reports from the contractors.
• Coordinate progress meetings with the contractor, WMATA staff, and technical consultants; prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Coordinate review of invoices and progress payments, prepare the payment packages for authorization of payment, and monitor compliance with Davis-Bacon wage rates.
• Perform other duties as assigned by WMATA's Task Manager and/or the MATOC Program Manager.
