Job summary

Procon seeks a Senior Scheduler with an ACTIVE Top Secret Clearance to develop and manage complex Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for federal construction programs across the DMV area.

The role demands extensive CPM experience, Primavera P6 proficiency, and strong stakeholder communication to assess TIAs, COs, and schedule risk while collaborating across multiple projects. Onsite work with travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Primavera P6 with CPM scheduling.
• 10+ years in construction scheduling with CPM.
• Understanding of federal government construction processes.
• Experience on vertical construction, utilities, and infra projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage complex Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Evaluate schedules for compliance, performance, risk, TIAs, and COs.
• Collaborate across projects to align scopes of work.
• Deliver timely reporting by synthesizing data for stakeholders.
• Participate in design reviews, procurement strategy and coordination meetings.
• Provide onsite support with travel and potential relocation.
