Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience
• Experience developing, managing and updating integrated project schedules for large-scale rail, transit, transportation, or heavy civil infrastructure projects using Primavera P6.
• Demonstrated experience performing critical path analysis, schedule risk assessments, delay analysis, resource loading, and recovery planning to support program delivery objectives.
• Strong track record coordinating schedule inputs and performance reporting across owners, designers, contractors, construction managers, and third-party stakeholders
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively both independently and within a collaborative project team environment.

Responsibilities

• Review contractor schedules for compliance with contracts and scheduling standards.
• Analyze schedule variance and interdependencies; mitigate risks.
• Develop and maintain baseline and updated project schedules.
• Prepare progress reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and third parties to align milestones.
• Lead schedule recovery and corrective action recommendations.
• Conduct Time Impact Analyses (TIA) and assess schedule changes.
• Monitor procurement status and material deliveries affecting force account.
• Provide support for CTD schedules and time-related constraints.
