Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction scheduling, program controls, or project controls.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 (EPPM).
• Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling principles and schedule analytics.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Ability to interpret contract documents and specifications and construction drawings.
• Experience with multi-project or program-level schedules.
• Experience in K-12 facilities, transportation, infrastructure, or complex linear construction programs.
• Certification (Preferred): AACE PSP/CCP, PMI PMP/PMI-SP, CMAA.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage the Program Master Schedule integrating multiple project-level CPM schedulers using Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM.
• Ensure alignment of project milestones with program-wide objectives, phasing plans and funding timelines.
• Support development and update of bond cash-flow on a monthly basis to reflect updated data.
• Establish schedule standards, coding structures, calendars, and reporting conventions across the program.
• Review contractor and project schedules to ensure compliance with program requirements and scheduling best practices.
• Collect, validate, and analyze schedule updates from multiple project teams.
• Produce program-level schedule reports and support dashboards and leadership briefings.
• Serve as the primary scheduling advisor to program leadership.
