Job summary

Cornerstone Concilium in the Washington, DC area seeks a Senior Scheduler to oversee and report on contractor schedules across multiple projects. The role requires expert Primavera P6 skills, 15+ years of relevant experience, and strong schedule analysis abilities.

Forensic schedule/claims analysis experience is highly desirable and will be favored. On-site work locations include the Washington, DC / Baltimore area with matrix reporting to the Program Scheduling Manager and the Project

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
• Expert proficiency with Primavera P6.
• Strong schedule analysis skills.
• Experience in forensic schedule and claims analysis is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provides detailed oversight and reporting for contractor schedule submittals.
• Monitors critical path activities, logic structures, and schedule interfaces.
• Updates the project schedule monthly.
• Performs variance analysis and recommends recovery strategies.
• Prepares schedule forecasts, evaluates logic structures and interfaces.
• Reports schedule slippage and supports mitigation actions.

Position Summary:

Provides detailed oversight and reporting for contractor schedule submittals. Monitors critical path activities, logic structures, and schedule interfaces. Updates the project schedule monthly, performs variance analysis, recommends recovery strategies, prepares schedule forecasts, and evaluates logic structures and interfaces. The position reports in a matrix organization to the Program Scheduling Manager and the Project Commercial Manager, highlighting schedule slippage and other schedule-related issues while working collaboratively to develop mitigation actions.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience
• Expert proficiency with Primavera P6
• Strong schedule analysis skills
• Experience in forensic schedule and claims analysis is highly desirable

Preferred Professional Credentials:

• AACE Certified Cost Professional (CCP®) (beneficial if combined with scheduling experience)

Work Location:On-site at multiple project locations in the Washington, DC / Baltimore, MD area.
