Job summary

JPMorganChase in New York is seeking a Senior Product Associate to lead day-to-day delivery for the Customer Intelligence Hub. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a related domain.
• Knowledge of the product development life cycle and discovery.
• Experience shipping ML/AI-powered features in production with data scientists.
• Ability to read model metrics and interpret experiment results.
• Experience with backlog management and sprint planning with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Product Manager to identify opportunities via user research and discovery.
• Plans upstream/downstream implications of new features on the product experience.
• Supports user research, journey mapping, and market analysis for strategic roadmap.
• Analyzes product metrics across the development life cycle.
• Writes requirements, epics, and user stories; manages sprint backlog end-to-end.
• Leads ranking and summary-quality testing with Data Science/ML partners.
• Runs a data-led pipeline to mine behavior and ship ranked insights each sprint.
• Defines triggers to push insights to channels ahead of customer need.
• Evolves a generation platform with production hardening and compliance.
• Enables self-service discovery and tracks KPIs like cycle time and engagement lift.
