Job summary

JEM Wellness Brands, the Crunch Fitness partner, is seeking an Assistant Personal Training Manager to lead our fitness team and elevate member experiences. You will drive PT sales, ensure program quality, and deliver a welcoming, results-focused environment.

The role emphasizes front-line leadership, coaching, and operational excellence, with responsibilities spanning client engagement, program delivery, and strategic PT planning within Crunch Fitness operations.

Qualifications

• Requires personal training certification and program design expertise.
• Nationally accredited PT certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Proven sales ability with strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• Ability to coach teams, lead groups, and uphold high member service standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive PT sales by performing at least 50% of CrunchOne Kickoffs (C1KOs).
• Coach trainers to improve consultative selling and close techniques.
• Own the Client Journey, focusing on first 90 days of engagement.
• Build schedules aligned to KPIs and monitor PT performance and margins.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of a high-performing PT team.
