Job summary
Life Time, Inc. Minnesota is seeking a PT Leader-2 to coach a team of Fitness Professionals and drive outstanding member experiences on the fitness floor. You will manage your own book of business, onboard new staff, coach sessions, and align with Life Time Training initiatives while helping the team reach personal and division goals.
This role emphasizes leadership, client results, and a strong sales and program design focus within a dynamic club environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Certified Personal Trainer.
- CPR and AED certified.
- 2+ years of personal training experience.
- Demonstrated leadership/management abilities.
- Strong communication, sales, program design and coaching.
- Ability to drive results through others.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop fitness professionals to meet brand and performance standards.
- Oversee client experience and results across all sessions.
- Play a player-coach by managing your own book of business.
- Ensure quality and consistency of services on the fitness floor.
- Set productivity goals and drive department-wide initiatives.
- Generate new clients and refer to appropriate trainers.
- Support Life Time Training initiatives and events.
- Manage scheduling, admin tasks for programs and classes.
