Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a PT Leader-2 to lead and develop a team of Fitness Professionals at our club in Eagan, MN. You will deliver best-in-class Dynamic Personal Training, coach team members one-on-one, and drive sales and client experiences across the floor.

You will onboard new staff, mentor teammates, and collaborate with club leadership to achieve personal and division goals while delivering your own production and maintaining excellent member relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Personal Trainer with CPR/AED certification.
• 2+ years of personal training experience.
• Proven leadership or supervisory skills.
• Strong communication, sales, and coaching abilities.
• Ability to mentor and develop others.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coach a team of fitness professionals to meet brand and performance expectations.
• Own client experience on the fitness floor and ensure quality service.
• Act as player-coach by managing your own book of business and helping peers grow.
• Oversee program quality, services, and member experiences for the team.
• Drive productivity goals and lead department-wide strategy discussions.
• Generate new clients and refer to the appropriate trainer based on needs.
• Support scheduling, administration, and coordination of all programs.
