Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a PT Leader-2 to develop and lead a team of Fitness Professionals toward delivering exceptional Dynamic Personal Training experiences.

You will coach team members, onboard new staff, and drive personal production while aligning with Life Time Training initiatives. You will manage client experiences, educate on products and services, and help your team meet personal and division financial goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Personal Trainer with CPR and AED.
• At least 2 years of personal training experience.
• Demonstrated leadership/management skills.
• Strong communication, sales, program design, and coaching abilities.
• Ability to drive results through others.
• Preferred: Bachelor's in kinesiology or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manages, supports, develops, coaches, and mentors a team of fitness professionals to be successful based on brand and performance expectations.
• Responsible for the total experience and results of all clients.
• Be a Player-Coach by setting the example through Dynamic Personal Training while managing your own book of business.
• Oversees the quality and consistency of products, services, programs, and fitness floor experience for the team.
• Determine and implement strategies for ensuring the personal training team meets productivity goals; drive content for department meetings.
• Generates new clients and refers them to appropriate fitness professionals based on client needs.
