Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a PT Leader-2 to guide and develop a team of fitness professionals, delivering the Dynamic Personal Training experience and coaching on-floor performance.

You will also coach onboarding, sales, and member experiences to drive personal production and division goals. This role partners with club leadership to grow client production, drive sales, onboarding, scheduling, and Life Time Training initiatives, while mentoring staff to meet division goals and deliver

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Personal Trainer and CPR/AED required.
• 2+ years of personal training experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, sales, program design, and coaching skills.
• Ability to drive results through others.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of fitness professionals.
• Ensure total experience and results of all clients.
• Be a player-coach through Dynamic Personal Training with your own book of business.
• Oversee quality and consistency of programs and floor experience.
• Set strategies to meet productivity goals and lead department meetings.
• Generate new clients and refer to trainers based on needs.
• Promote Life Time Training initiatives and events.
• Handle scheduling, administration, and coordination for programs and classes.
