Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a PT Leader-2 to lead and develop a team of Fitness Professionals, delivering the Dynamic Personal Training experience on the floor and coaching your team to success.

You will manage own production, onboard new staff, coach live client sessions, and drive client acquisition while aligning with club leadership to hit productivity and service goals. This role emphasizes leadership, sales, and program design within Life Time’s brand standards.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) required.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• 2+ years personal training experience.
• Demonstrated leadership/management skills.
• Strong communication, sales, program design, and coaching skills.
• Ability to drive results through others.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of fitness professionals to meet brand and performance expectations.
• Ensure total experience and results for all clients on the fitness floor.
• Serve as a player-coach by managing your own book of business.
• Oversee quality and consistency of products, services, and floor experience.
• Set productivity strategies and drive department-wide performance.
• Generate new clients and properly refer to teammates based on needs.
• Promote Life Time Training initiatives and events.
• Complete scheduling and administrative tasks for programs and classes (metabolic, small group, nutrition).
