Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a PT Leader-2 to guide a team of Fitness Professionals and drive the Life Time Training experience on the fitness floor. You will coach, onboard new teammates, manage client production, and help the team hit personal and division goals.

You will lead by example as a Player-Coach, expand client bookings, and ensure top service through team leadership, sales, and program delivery across classes and metabolic/nutrition offerings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Personal Trainer required.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• 2+ years of personal training experience.
• Demonstrated leadership/management skills.
• Strong communication, sales, program design, and coaching skills.
• Ability to drive results through others.

Responsibilities

• Manages, supports, develops, coaches, and mentors a team of fitness professionals to meet brand and performance expectations; includes disciplinary actions as needed.
• Responsible for the total experience and results of all clients.
• Be a Player-Coach by leading Dynamic Personal Training with your own book of business.
• Oversee quality and consistency of products, services, programs, and fitness floor experience for the team.
• Develop strategies to meet productivity goals; drive department-wide meetings to execute plans.
• Generate new clients and refer them to the appropriate fitness professional.
• Promote Life Time Training initiatives and events (e.g., 60 Day programs).
• Complete scheduling, administrative, and coordination tasks for all programs and classes.
