Team Focus Insurance Group is seeking a Senior Personal Lines Underwriter III to serve as SME for underwriting inquiries, mentor junior underwriters, and handle high-value risks. You will manage complex policy questions, bind requests, endorsements, and risk evaluations while ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Role emphasizes mentoring, leadership collaboration, and process improvements. Fully remote position with strong agent relationships and service focus.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of personal lines underwriting experience, including homeowners and other lines.
• Advanced knowledge of Property/Casualty underwriting principles and personal lines policies.
• Able to mentor junior underwriters and support leadership with complex risks.

Responsibilities

• Independently review, analyze, and underwrite complex personal lines applications, inspections, and endorsements.
• Respond to agent and client inquiries via phone, chat, and task systems regarding policy forms, coverage, bind requests, endorsements, cancellations, and other transactions.
• Identify opportunities to enhance underwriting processes and ensure compliance with guidelines.
