Qualifications

• Progressive experience in insurance client service or account management.
• Active P&C license with knowledge of coverage and endorsements.
• Ability to manage moderately complex Personal Lines accounts independently.
• Strong communication and consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a Personal Lines portfolio with high-quality client service.
• Lead renewals end-to-end, aligning coverage with risk and timelines.
• Build client relationships through proactive engagement to drive retention.
• Identify policy gaps and provide coverage solutions to support cross-sell and growth.
• Provide expert guidance on complex coverage decisions and resolve service challenges.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and continuous process improvement.
• Act as a team leader, sharing expertise to support a high-performance culture.
• Leverage data and digital tools to deliver efficient, modern client service.
