Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Client Service Manager II to join our Commercial team in a hybrid role. You will work with clients and colleagues to provide exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions, building strong relationships and ensuring value in every interaction.

You will help manage renewals, mentor teammates, and ensure compliance while leveraging Gallagher’s technology to deliver results across multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Desire to build relationships and deliver results.
• Adaptability and resilience in managing shifting priorities.
• Collaborative mindset to work with teams across Gallagher.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewal process by gathering client information, analyzing needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
• Identify gaps in coverage, review claims, secure existing business, and drive sales of additional services and lines of coverage.
• Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships through timely responses and service.
• Support client risk management through consultative conversations and personalized strategies.
• Mentor team members by delegating tasks, giving feedback, and promoting growth.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure regulatory compliance and high service standards.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data using Gallagher's systems.
• Leverage Gallagher technology to enhance productivity and deliver quality results.
• Manage multiple priorities to meet client expectations.
