Job summary

The Ward Law Group is seeking an experienced Senior Case Manager to support plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through resolution, working under attorney supervision. This role involves close coordination with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and attorneys to keep cases progressing efficiently.

You will manage a large caseload, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with firm procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in plaintiff personal injury case management.
• Experience handling personal injury claims including BI, no-fault, UM/SUM.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work remotely with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Litify or Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Possess expert knowledge of the bodily injury claims process.
• Manage an average caseload of 80 to 120 personal injury cases while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.
• Meet or exceed settlement and treatment goals while adhering to case lifecycle timelines.
• Coordinate with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and attorneys to support timely case progression and resolution.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date case documentation and activity records in Litify.
• Assist with case-related activities and legal support functions under attorney supervision.
• Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish as needed.
• Ensure compliance with firm procedures, documentation standards, and case management best practices.
